Art has spent considerable time in the corporate fitness arena helping companies and employees prioritize health and wellness both in and out of the workplace.

He has owned several training facilities specializing in personal training, nutrition, fitness/physique transformations, ‘baby boomer’ and senior training as well as sports preparation. Art has been involved with strength sports for over 25 years.  During that time, he has participated in over 20 National and World Championships in three different sports, and two US Olympic Track & Field Trials.

  • Adjunct Professor – University of Massachusetts, Lowell. College of Health Sciences.
  • 4 Time NCAA All-American in Track & Field and a member of multiple US National and International Teams

Art focuses the majority of his time on the “Boomer Blueprint”; a product and service designed specifically for helping individuals 50 years of age and over retain or regain health vitality and independence.   Art is also known for his work helping personal trainers grow their businesses focusing on this older population.
